The Butcher of Kingsville works with local farmers to make naturally raised meat including beef, pork, chicken, lamb and other specialty meats available. Guest Chefs will also make monthly visits to the Butcher Shop to inspire people to use these local products in creative, delicious ways.  An in-store ‘farmers market’ will supply seasonal fresh produce on weekends.  A seasonal fresh food basket program will begin in May.

Wild Acre Cattle Company is a farm and butcher shop. They raise Black Angus cattle on a 50 acre property in Woodslee. Their beef is naturally fed, with no hormones or steroids. It is aged beef and flash frozen. There are several cuts available by the pound, and custom orders are welcome.
